Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. All sessions are conducted via video call and confirmed within 24 hours of payment.

Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but your session can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is always available.
